PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is a three-step medical treatment in which a person's blood is drawn, processed in a centrifuge that rapidly spins the sample, and injected and/or used as a serum in addition to Microneedling and Morpheus8 treatments. PRP consists of plasma, or the liquid portion of the blood, and platelets, a type of blood cell that plays an important role in healing throughout the body.
